YOGA ADAPTABILITY

Joining a yoga class might feel daunting, especially if it’s your first time or if you prefer not to exercise in a group setting. You might also be dealing with an injury, recovering from treatment, or have had surgery, making regular classes impractical.

PERSONALIZED YOGA

That’s where personalized yoga comes in. In our initial consultation, we’ll explore proper breathing techniques and try out some poses to understand your comfort level and abilities. Whether you’re a beginner or have specific areas you want to improve, we can tailor a program just for you.

COMPREHENSIVE YOGA SESSIONS

But that’s not all—we’ll also incorporate grounding meditation at the beginning of each session. And if you’re interested, we can explore two additional practices: Yoga Nidra, a relaxation technique, and Yin Yoga, a gentle style that focuses on deep stretches.
